Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by after delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed. We must also receive it in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. 

NO REFUND will be provided if the the item is returned with stains or marks including make-up or fake tan. Swimwear can only be returned for an exchange or store credit. 

US & CAN Returns

If you are located in the United States or Canada, you may return to our warehouse located in California. To book a refund or exchange to this location, please visit our US Returns Portal

UK Returns

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you may return to our warehouse located in Suffolk. To book a refund or exchange at this location, please visit our UK Returns Portal

All Other Returns

To apply for a refund or exchange: 

  1. Contact our customer care team at sales@stylishaffitness.com with your Order Number
  2. Once approved, you will be provided with a returns form which you must include with the items your send us. We cannot issue a return or exchange without this form because it is your proof of purchase.
  3. All returns must be sent to the address indicated on your returns form

Please note that we will not accept unauthorised returns or any return requests made by social media. You must email us following the steps outlined.

Package your returns well to ensure that your items will not be damaged or lost in transit. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to a maximum of 24 hours after purchase. We do not accept cancellations after this time. Please note that we DO NOT refund orders until they have been returned to us. This includes any orders that are delayed in transit since shipping delays are outside of our control.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange for a different size, you may do by following the Returns & Exchange Policy. If your item is faulty or damaged, we can only replace it with the same item. We do not offer refunds for faulty or damaged items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive a return, it may take us up to 15 days to process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we approve your refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted. If a pre-paid shipping label is provided for your return, we will also deduct the cost of the label from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed automatically. It will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that we have no control over the speed of this process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after it was processed, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may some time before your refund is officially posted by them. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@stylishaffitness.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts (if applicable)

If you received an item as a gift and you would like to return or exchange, please follow the Returns & Exchange Policy. Please note that gift returns are only eligible for store credit. A code with store credit will be emailed to any customers who return gifts.

Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange an item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility to ensure that we do.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday orders are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you placed an order before Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday, discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
